Participation in Interactive London Ltd immersive games is at your own risk. You acknowledge that these activities may involve walking, traveling to various locations, and interaction with the public, which carry inherent risks.
Interactive London Ltd is not liable for:
- Any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during the game.
- Incidents occurring while traveling to or from the start point or other game locations.
- Unforeseen delays, disruptions, or inconveniences caused by third-party interactions or local events.
While we take care to ensure accurate directions and safe locations, you are responsible for your personal safety, including following traffic laws and taking appropriate precautions during gameplay.
By purchasing and participating in our games, you release Interactive London Ltd, its employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All game materials, scripts, designs, puzzles, and related content are the exclusive intellectual property of Interactive London Ltd.
Content provided to participants, whether in digital or physical form, is protected under copyright laws and must not be:
- Reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.
- Used to create derivative works or similar experiences without permission.
Any unauthorised use of our Content may result in legal action.
Payment and Refunds
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booked game start time are eligible for a full refund. Refunds may not be available for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
In the unlikely event that Interactive London Ltd cancels a game, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal data collected through our website or during your booking is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
